After having a bath, your strong-willed three year old asks to wear his favorite t-shirt to bed. The next morning when late getting ready for school, he throws a fit that he doesn’t want to take it off.
You…
A. Try to reason with him.
B. Let him know you’re the parent and pull it off him.
C. Ah, who cares — it’s not worth the fight.
D. Pour yourself an 8 AM cocktail.
By the look on his face, can you guess which one I did?
c is the correct answer…
I know i would opt for this, why fight this one…he looks so cute to.

I’m ashamed to admit that THIS morning I would choose D. LOL But, seriously, C is my answer and it’s been my answer for one too many weekday morning clothes squabbles in my house.
As a matter of fact, just NOW I asked my son to change his shirt…thank goodness he did, though. It had a HUGE stain on the front…WTF?! I can still hear him whining about it.
Where’s my extra dirty martini?!

Combination of A, B or C depending on the morning and the child’s attitude. D, not so much- but I’d dive into the chocolate!!

I’d guess “poured yourself a cocktail.” The picture might as well be captioned, “Wow, Lucy! I didn’t know Mommy could dance so well on the kitchen counter with a lampshade on her head! Look at her go!”

C – all the way! Forget the fight, and seriously, how dirty could it be from one night of sleep? And it was already wrinkled after being left in the dryer, so even it were still clean, that wouldn’t make a bit of difference on wrinkle factor. Well, at least in my house it would be wrinkled! Maybe not yours. BTW where’s option E? Both C and D are correct – give in, and drink up!

I’m all about choosing my battles. SO, as long as I hadn’t specifically said he couldn’t wear it to school before he went to bed, I’d be all “Okay then!” and be done with it.
But then, I’m old and I’m tired.

you know depending on Childs attitude I would do either A, B, or C. most days i woudl do C honestly a night of sleep is the only cleam thing my son can get himself into lol. It wouldn’t be worth the fight.

I'd go with C – I have pajama days – why shouldn't my kid??? As long as it doesn't turn into the next THREE Days…… Maybe it's time to look for 3 or 4 more of those shirts? hmmm there's a thought.
